To register your child for one of the District 108 Extended Day programs please complete the fillable registration forms, save, and email them to the program you wish to enroll them in (emails included below). Please make sure to include your child’s first week of attendance dates in your email. Completed paperwork can also be dropped off at the individual school offices starting August 1st.  If you have questions about the program or registration please call (309)929-0397.
