The Mission of the Prenatal to Three Program, is to provide parents with the needed knowledge to recognize they are the child’s first teacher. Parents will  have the awareness of  their children’s needs  to provide quality and early opportunities to gain the skills needed to become responsible, productive citizens, and lifelong learners.
