needs to be done to focus improvement efforts.
Data is collected and changes to improve performance
are made to reflect analysis of the data.

with state improvement efforts. School improvement
efforts are aligned with district improvement
efforts. Classrooml
improvement efforts are aligned with school improvement
efforts.
District
improvement efforts are
facilitated through the District Instructional
Leadership
Team (DILT). Input,
participation and ownership will come from
all interested stakeholders
who are willing to give the time and effort
necessary to achieve continuous progress
outcomes.
The
District Improvement Plan will be approved
by the Board of Education. Annual
goals
will be established and assigned to personnel
as part of job accountabilities.
