Tech Center Supervisor
After graduating from Pekin Community High School, I attended the University of Illinois in Champaign and earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Education. I have spent most of my career in education in District 108. In 2009, I attended Bradley University and completed my Administration degree.
I am married and have two sons, a daughter-in-law and two granddaughters.
Central Office Secretary
After staying home with my four children I came back to work in 2009 with Pekin District 108 where I was hired at Willow Primary School. There I was the Title 1 Paraprofessional for 1 year before being placed as the Learning Center Paraprofessional until 2015. In January of 2015, I moved to the Tech Center where I became the Tech Center Secretary until September of 2016 when I transfered to the position of Central Office Sectretary.
I am married and have four children.
I started with the district as an Illinois Central College intern in 2000. I was hired on full time in 2002 for the position of Computer Technician. In 2006 I graduated from the University of Illinois Springfield and took on the position of Chief Technician.
I am a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator with my CompTIA A+ and Net+ certifications.
Recently, I have gone back to UIS to obtain my Masters in Management and Information Systems.
I am a Pekin native, and a PCHS graduate. I am married with two children.
